| Safety Program Components Drug/Alcohol Program Consists of: Pre-employment testing Random Post Accident Reasonable suspicion Return to duty AOQ has a zero tolerance for drug and alcohol abuse within the company. Behavioral Base Safety Program S.T.O.P. Stop, Think, Observe, Proceed. Safety Policies and Procedures Manual The manual details the necessary polices and procedures to safeguard personnel and the environment from harm. Safety Meetings Safety Meetings includes Job Safety Analysis. Training Employees are trained in the initial training program and where there is changes of policies or procedures. The employees are then trained to the specific site situation. Other specialized training that is given to employees are forklift operations, over head crane operations, and cherry picker operations. Audits Audits of work sites are done by Abbeville Offshore Quarters’ Managers, Supervisors, Clientele, and Insurance Companies in order to improve safety of the job site and employees.
